Full Service Interior Design

Welcome to Ann Kottler Home

I love what I do because it makes people happy. I want to help people feel good in their space. I'm truly living my purpose by sharing that artistry with others so they can enjoy their homes as much as we enjoy ours. It's so gratifying when someone walks into their finished home we built from the ground up and says, "Ann, we absolutely love it." That's my goal every single time.

Every Detail Matters…

I learned from an early age that creativity cannot be taught.  I grew up as the daughter of two amazingly gifted parents, both alumni of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  My mother was an embryology researcher and my father was a lead engineer at Eastman Kodak where he invented the flash cube among other groundbreaking products that became successful in the 1960’s.

This Wisconsin girl had big shoes to fill.  As a Business graduate from Marquette University in Milwaukee, I knew my dreams went beyond just business and into design.  Thus I went back to school attending the Illinois Institute of Art when I acquired my Residential Interior Design degree.  I’ve been a professional interior designer for close to a decade now, and it’s been a lifelong passion.  I love each and every project from remodeling bathrooms and furnishing homes throughout the Midwest,  to collaborating with builders in material selections for gorgeous Lake Geneva vacation retreats.

My goal as an interior designer is to always deliver a space that exceeds client expectations. My focus is on you and the vision for your home as well as our relationship…..a relationship which reflects good listening on my part and building trust in our process so that you are assured we will create something together beyond your wildest dreams.

Bottom line, my core belief is that creativity is intelligence having fun….a quote from Albert Einstein.  I live by the values of building trust, being transparent and truthful, honoring promises and embodying integrity.

Let’s transform your space….I guarantee we’ll make it fun!
